**We are now offering an exciting and challenging opportunity for a driven, successful Agricultural Store Assistant to join the team at our Depot in Helston.**
**The Opportunity**:
Assisting the Depot management team, your responsibilities will include:
- Working in a retail sales environment processing cash and credit transactions as and when required
- Identifying and maximising sales opportunities through high levels of customer service and knowledge of the products
- Building customer relationships, dealing with product related queries in a timely manner
- Providing excellent customer service for customers face-to-face or via telephone
- Supporting colleagues with product knowledge and stock-related matters as part of promotional campaigns within the store
- Providing a first class service in a friendly, courteous and professional manner
**The Person**:
The successful person will:
- Preferably have an agricultural background
- Be self-motivated with the ability to work on own initiative
- Professionally support customers’ needs
- Be willing to learn and take on new challenges as part of the role
- Be able to demonstrate previous experience of working in a fast-paced environment
