Office Administrator

**Overview**
**Duties**
- Manage incoming phone calls with excellent phone etiquette, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all records are up to date.
- Organise and maintain office files, both physical and electronic, for easy retrieval.
- Filling out a monthly purchase ledger and completing job breakdowns accordingly.
- Occassionally filling out weekly timesheets for subcontractors
- Provide general administrative support to team members as needed.
- Check stock levels
- Order materials to site by obtaining quotes from suppliers and raising Purchase orders.
- Duties may not be limited to the above
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position (construction industry favourable).
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft
- Excellent data entry skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Working days/hours are flexible. This can all be discussed during interview.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: From £12.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week
