JOB TITLE: Logistics Manager
- LOCATION: Brighton
- HOURS: 37.5 Hours
- SHIFTS: Full Time - Monday to Friday 9am - 5:30pm
- SALARY: £45-50K per annum (Dependant on Experience)

**Role Responsibility**:

- Set up and implement improvement initiatives.
- Monitor and report on the department, providing feedback in staff meetings and when requested by upper management
- Having commercial awareness, be able to provide supporting figures indicating freight profit/loss when necessary.
- In the case of customer's requirements not being met, being able to communicate and resolve issues to the customer's satisfaction, with assistance of the Managing Director if required.
- Being able to identify and capture non-conformities in regard to products and services.
- Being aware and compliant of the procedure for non-conforming goods and services, and ensure the teams awareness
- Being able to identify when corrective action should take place.
- Ensuring that documentation is completed to the required standard and that the procedure for control of documents is followed.
- Ensuring that self and team are familiar with and know what to do with external documentation that may be required in addition to complete a job.
- Proficiency with MS Office packages and ERP systems
- Experience in international logistics
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral
- Diplomatic and effective communicator and be able to communicate between many cultures, countries, and communicate clearly when English is a second language.

**Next Steps**:

- This role is office based for the first 3 months and open to hybrid flexibility thereafter
