We are currently recruiting for an Inventory Control Team Leader to join our head office located in Heywood.

Working hours are 0800 to 1630 Monday to Friday.

**The role**
In this role you will complete varied tasks which include:

- Report weekly/monthly KPIs to the Stock Manager and Depot Support Manager
- To communicate effectively with all staff and support team members to achieve targets
- Assisting team members with work related questions and helping to find solutions for team members
- To undertake other duties which may arise or as may be delegated from time to time
- Maintain good housekeeping
- Knowledge of root cause analysis tools.
- Supervising holidays, absences (RTWs) and any general HR/Payroll queries the team may have.
- Ensure all damage on shift is correctly reported and investigated where required.

**What we are looking for**:

- 2 years office inventory control experience
- Team leading and management skills
- Basic maths skills
- Strong attention to details skills
- Ability to work a flexible work schedule and shift, including weekends if needed
