A multinational and rapidly growing fintech business is looking for a FP&A Manager. The FP&A Manager will head up the production of planning, forecasting, performance monitoring, analytics and KPIs for a business unit and business partner with a varietyof non-finance departments to support decision making. This FP&A manager position has come about through company growth and some high-profile business wins. The FP&A Manager will work closely with various business leads to identify gaps and develop the businesscases to assess investment or improvements to drive margin. This individual will need to quickly build an understanding of the line of business so they can develop knowledge of the risks and opportunities and then communicate that effectively within the organisation.Therefore this individual will require a blend of a strong analytical skill set, excellent communication skills and commercial acumen. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified accountant (CIMA / ACA / ACCA or equivalent) to take on an exciting fastpaced role within a highly successful and growing organisation. The successful individual will have post-qualified experience in a similar role and would ideally have experience within the Fintech, Financial Services or Technology sectors.
