Your role will include (but not be limited to);
- Responsible for keeping residential homes and commercial premises clean and tidy to the highest standard of hygiene.
- Cleaning floors using manual or mechanical cleaning equipment (e.g. mops, vacuum cleaners, floor cleaners).
- Cleaning and disinfecting washrooms.
- Ensuring chemical cleaning products are handled and stored safely.
- Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs.
- Following all Health and Safety regulations.
- Refilling and restocking cleaning supplies and toiletries (hand wash, toilet paper, paper towels).
- Carrying out minor maintenance tasks such as replacing displaced toilet seats, unclogging sinks.
- Conducting regular disinfection and deep cleaning.
- Recent experience in a similar role.
- Flexible approach to managing varying workload and be available at short notice.
- Experience of working as part of a team and on their own.
- Good communication skills.
- A clean DBS.
- Enthusiasm to develop your skills and knowledge.
- Adaptability to change and willingness to embrace new ideas.

**Job Type**: Zero hours contract

**Salary**: £11.95 per hour
