We are new bathroom/kitchen/interior design showroom/shop in Bournemouth - LeVil designs. Looking for vibrant, creative designers/salesman to join our team. At the moment main projects are

Kitchen and bathroom designs/sales/completions.

As an bathroom/kitchen designer, you'll need to:

- develop initial ideas and acquire key information about potential projects, discuss requirements in detail with clients (the brief) and set project schedules
- understand clients' needs and the needs of the people using the building to develop design concepts and establish final briefs
- consider materials and costs according to budgets
- conduct feasibility studies for projects
- research and gather information and photographs relating to the project
- produce 'sample' or 'mood' boards to present to clients
- Explore new products, e.g. fittings, furniture, lighting, finishes, decoration and dressing, and provide samples for clients
- prepare detailed working drawings, designs, plans, models and schemes, often using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- survey buildings
- work in a team with other designers and fitters
- supervise work at the design stage and on site
- identify new business and sell services to potential clients
- keep up to date with new developments in the design industry.

In addition, you may also sometimes act as a project manager for the client throughout the construction stage. This can involve coordinating the design on site and managing the construction team.

**Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in Virtual Worlds, AutoCAD, and other design software
- Experience in project management and construction industry
- Strong skills in Adobe Photoshop and other graphic design tools
- Knowledge of 3D modeling software like 3ds Max and Rhinoceros 3D
- Familiarity with Revit and CAD software
- Excellent communication and customer service skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: £26,480.00-£34,240.00 per year
