**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Manage and organise office operations and procedures to ensure efficiency.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and promptly.
- Maintain filing systems, both electronic and paper-based, ensuring information is easily accessible.
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using Hubdoc, including invoicing and tracking expenses.
- Handle phone calls professionally, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Support the team with administrative duties such as scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and managing correspondence.
- Utilise Google Suite for document creation, collaboration, and communication.
- Assist in maintaining both nursery and office supplies inventory and ordering when necessary.
- Provide clerical support as needed to ensure the smooth running of the office.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred.
- Familiarity with Hubdoc or similar accounting software is advantageous.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Competence in using computers for various administrative tasks.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From £12.60 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
