We are recruiting for **_Passionate, Dedicated Practitioners_** to join our fantastic team at Chalfont. The successful applicant will work as part of our happy team and provide safe, high quality education and care for the children attending the nursery. With a focus on learning through play, having fun with the children and ensuring that their individual needs are met. The successful applicant will have the opportunity to play an important part in enabling each child to reach their full potential.

We’re a 68 place nursery located at**:29 High Street, Chalfont St Peter, SL9 9QE**.

Our Nursery in **Chalfont St Peter** is situated in the heart of this vibrant village, in a beautifully renovated character building. The nursery has been planned and designed to provide stunning rooms, fantastic resources, exciting gardens, all ensuring children flourish and leave fully prepared for their adventure ahead.

**Experience / Qualification - What you’ll bring to the role**:

- Full & Relevant Early Years Qualification (**Level 2 or 3**)
- Previous experience of shaping little lives & **positively impacting** families
- **Great communication** skills, including the ability to **understand** babble
- A **sense of humour** which allows you to see the silver lining of every situation and have fun each and every day.
- A team player with the ability to be flexible to the needs of the children and the team.
- A passion for a **play based approach** to children’s learning and development
- **Commitment** - even to reach the end of that story that has been interrupted 5 times

**Key Information**:

- Standard working hours are **40 hrs per week over 5 days, **Monday to Friday, around the current shift system.
- **Flexible options include**: 40 hrs per week over 4 days / 45 hrs per week over 5 days.
