**Pay Rate**: £750 per week

**Job Title**: Live-in Carer

We are looking to recruit passionate and dedicated Live In Carers to come and support our growing home care business, Homelium. We’re looking for individuals with a strong work ethic and a professional demeanour to provide dedicated care to our clients in their own home and build lasting relationships. MUST BE reliable and commit to 3 weeks on 1 week off although this could be flexible depending on the client.
- We will offer a signing bonus of £500 after 6 months of service has been completed.*_

All applicants with a DBS on update service who join Homelium will be rewarded with a £100 bonus in your first wage**
- We operate a refer a friend scheme in this area worth £500 if they are successful and complete probation**_

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with daily activities of patients and their caregivers
- Maintain accurate patient records and medical documentation
- Assist with medication compliance and care management
- Provide general support to the facility as needed
- Adherence to HIPAA regulations regarding patient confidential information
- Other tasks as assigned by management

**Requirements**:

- Ability to maintain patience and professionalism in tough situations (e.g., emergencies)
- Knowledge of emergency care protocols (e.g., Paramedic) is helpful but not required
- Prior experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred
- Compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow care plans and adapt to clients' individual needs
- Physical and emotional stamina to handle the demands of live-in care
