For over 30 years Hilo Window Cleaning have been providing a professional service in the South West. Our clients include blue chip companies, national contractors and many iconic local businesses. The methods used by our teams to service all these different types of buildings includes: conventional, water fed pole, cherry picker, cradle and abseil (not a requirement for this position).

Our ethos is to provide the highest level of service at all times and whilst industry experience will be helpful it is more important that we find the person best suited to joining our established team.

You will need to be highly self-motivated and have a positive, can do approach in order to deliver the highest possible standards. No two days will be the same

The position will be based in the Cardiff area with our satellite team and requires excellent communication skills are a must as there is a lot of customer interaction and as you will be a remote worker, the ability to clearly give and receive information to and from the office (based in Cheltenham).

A full clean driver’s license is essential as you may be provided with a vehicle. For security reasons you must have either off road parking or garage use.

The position is for a full-time, permeant window cleaner working Monday to Friday with weekend overtime available.

Previous window cleaning experience is required but full company training will be provided.
