A leading architectural studio is on the lookout for a BIM & Design Systems Coordinator to play a pivotal role in managing projects in line with our comprehensive BIM & Design Systems Strategy. This position involves coordinating project teams across studios, focusing on technical upskilling, mentoring, and ensuring the optimized use of Revit and associated technologies for project delivery.

**Role Overview**:

- **Job Title**: BIM & Design Systems Coordinator
- **Reporting To**: BIM & Design Systems Lead, BIM & Design Systems Manager (Operations), and ultimately to the Head of BIM & Design Systems

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and manage project teams and models, ensuring efficient project configuration and maintenance.
- Oversee Revit project production, content management, and ensure adherence to our standards, procedures, and workflows.
- Facilitate the development and coordination of projects in line with BIM contractual requirements, liaising with client BIM representatives and other stakeholders for seamless workflow and coordination.
- Keep abreast of changes in standards, procedures, and workflows, effectively communicating these to project teams.

**Qualities and Skills Required**:

- Demonstrable experience as a BIM Coordinator on medium to large-scale projects, with an in-depth knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, including clash detection and report production.
- A proactive approach to learning, with a flexible attitude towards new working methods.
- Exceptional communication and organisational skills, able to manage sensitive information and work effectively under pressure.
- Degree in Architecture or Architectural Technology, or equivalent.
- Experience working in an architectural/engineering production environment is desirable, along with knowledge of Dynamo, Rhino, Grasshopper, and other BIM-related software.
