**Your Role**: As a People Advisor, you’ll be the backbone of our support system, ensuring our employees are equipped to deliver outstanding care and support. Here’s what you’ll be doing:

- **Coach and Guide Managers**: Provide expert advice on policy and legislation regarding all employee matters.
- ** Lead People Initiatives**: Drive positive experiences for our employees through innovative initiatives.
- ️**Manage Employee Relations**: Oversee day-to-day employee relations and absence management cases.
- ** Develop Policies**: Contribute to policy and process development, updating toolkits and guidance for managers.
- ** Engage and Survey**: Manage feedback from engagement surveys to continuously improve the workplace.
- ️**Ensure Compliance**: Keep internal compliance up-to-date, including right to work and DBS checks.
- ** Monitor and Report**: Use information systems to report on data and findings.
- ** Collaborate**: Work with our employee forum to support engagement and inclusivity.

- ** Qualified Professional**: A HR-related qualification at A level or equivalent.
