Do you have customer service experience? Are you seeking a new opportunity to advance your career in Farnborough? We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Team Leader for a full-time role (possibly hybrid in the future) where you'll manage a team responsible for customer care. You'll motivate and guide a team of hardworking individuals to reach targets and strive for excellence in customer service.
**As a Team Leader, you can expect to take on the following**:
- Ensure that team members perform in line with required customer service performance metrics
- Manage workload in a timely and effective manner
- Analyse customer feedback data
- Pursue quality and assurance initiatives
- Present recommendations for improvement
**Additional requirements include**:
- Minimum 2 years’ previous team management experience
- Flexibility required to work shifts between 8am and 7pm (Monday to Friday) and between 9am and 5pm (1 in 4 Saturdays)
- Automotive or complaints experience desirable but not essential
- PC literacy, fast typing and experience using appropriate software and systems
- Clear credit, disciplinary and criminal records
- Good interpersonal skills to motivate Agents and provide feedback in a positive, constructive way that will encourage performance improvement
