Lettings Apprentice

If you have an interest in Property, this is a great opportunity to work with a busy Estate Agents in Huddersfield. You will learn all about what is involved and will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge.

**Duties**:

- Assist with incoming calls and make outbound calls to our vendor and prospective tenants.
- Recommend new properties to prospective buyers.
- Book viewings and home valuations.
- Support the team by providing administrative support.

- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Good communication skills.
- A willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- A commitment to personal development and professional growth throughout the apprenticeship.

**Qualifications Required**:

- GCSE/equilavent in Maths (Grade 4 or above is desired)
- GCSE/equivalent in English (Grade 4 or above is desired)
- Full UK Driving License (desired)

Pay: £6.40 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
