Due to the continued growth of sales of NWF Fuels, a fantastic opportunity has arisen for Telesales Advisor to join our team in our Head Office in Crewe, we are on the lookout for top sales agents to join our existing successful new team.

Experienced Sales Advisor to work within a successful friendly team with experience of both inbound and outbound calls having excellent account management customer service skills. The role is fast paced and ideally suited to a person who can multitask and be part of a small friendly team.

**The role**:

- Answering inbound calls with confident negotiation skills
- Making outbound sales calls, building rapport with prospective customers
- Pricing and entering order details on the system.
- Dealing with customer queries
- Delivering great service to customers
- Hitting monthly Sales and productivity targets
- Aspirations to move up as the business grows vs the 5-year plan.
- Achieving weekly and monthly KPIs

**What you should be able to bring to the role**:

- An upbeat friendly approach to speaking to customers is essential.
- Proven sales experience with evidence of achieving set KPIs.
- Aspirations to move up as the business grows vs the 5-year plan.
- Confident negotiation skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Resilience
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Effective listening skills
- Excellent communication skills on all platforms
- PC literate

Pay: £24,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
