Are you looking to enhance your experience of e-commerce and online merchandising? We're working with a rapidly growing business, based in Blackburn, that needs your experience of growing Amazon, eBay, Etsy, and website sales. It's a friendly environment where your ideas will be listened to - this E-commerce Executive will be heavily involved in managing listings and monitoring advertising spend across the various sales channels. The company already boasts Amazon No.1 bestseller products and is looking to become the number one e-commerce store in their field, over the coming years.

**The Job...**

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you'll be tasked with ensuring the products are listed properly, with advertising spend distributed and optimised. It’s a full-time role, Monday-Friday, allowing for sociable working hours. To begin with, you'll be based full-time in the Blackburn office, however in the future hybrid working is likely to be implemented.

You'll be responsible for:

- Full responsibility for managing listings on Amazon Seller Central, eBay, and Etsy.
- The daily monitoring of ad spend across the various marketplace channels.
- Management of all marketplace account verifications and dealing with support tickets quickly and accurately.
- Working closely with the Marketing Manager to identify advertising and content opportunities.
- Maintain and update pricing in line with product promotions.
- Perform keyword research to identify search terms to improve e-commerce sales.
- Regular reporting of product listing and optimisation suggestions.

**About You...**

The E-commerce Executive needs to have a background in Amazon Marketplace and a strong desire to continue improving their knowledge of current and upcoming online marketplaces. Here's some of the key experience you'll need to demonstrate:

- You’ll have experience in selling products via online revenue channels including Amazon, eBay and Etsy.
- You'll really stand out if you have advanced experience dealing with the Amazon Vendor, Amazon Seller, and eBay (for business) platforms.
- A great understanding of PPC research tools and analysis.
- A solid understanding of e-commerce ROI and how to analyse and interpret data.
- You'll be dealing with advertising budgets of circa £200k per annum, so experience along similar lines would be good.
- You’ll love coming into the office to do your work, collaborating every day with your friendly, motivated, colleagues in person. That means you’ll need to be happy travelling to and from the Blackburn office each day. Longer-term, hybrid working may also be offered.
