Camden Group currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Training Coordinator to lead the business training programme. You will develop,implement training programmes across all sites to ensure an excellent standard is maintained throughout the business. You will also enable the workforce to gain, maintain and/or develop the appropriate skill-set in their specific roles.

**Your Responsibilities Will Include**:

- Active mapping of training requirements with production management and assisting the sites with the building of training plans and schedules for all roles
- Coordinating with all functions in designing and developing training to ensure consistency of training across sites
- To deliver training workshops and sessions
- Develop the business Training and Competency plan to deliver operational requirements in line with the Manufacturing Skills Matrix
- Manage all the logistics for the training sessions and support in the delivery of training sessions through site of necessary materials, facilities, equipment and refreshments
- Maintain training attendance, records and materials
- Participate in the development of all training documentations including safe systems at work and standard operation procedures
- Ensure appropriate monitoring, documentation and evaluation of the training activates across sites
- To proactively identify, establish and cultivate relationships with key members of staff
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant industry legislation
- Identify effective ways to communicate and promote both training and compliance
- Liaising with external training providers
- Proven track record, showing the ability to successfully implement training programs through the full training cycle
- Relevant experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of learning management systems
- Knowledge of both traditional and modern job training methods and techniques
- Exceptional organisational skills
- Experience of working in a manufacturing or production environment would be an advantage
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Planning & project delivery skills
- Location: Antrim
- Job purpose: Develop and manage training programmes

**Pay Rate**
