Due to expansion and the launch of our new burger brand "Big Mannys' Burgers" we are growing out team. Immediate start. Busy, high-volume, fast paced kitchen. Must have some quick-service/fast-food experience. Duties involve hand stretching fresh pizza dough, cooking proper smash burgers to order dressing pizzas to order, following and completing kitchen checklists, cleaning schedules, basic food prep and cooking and keeping kitchen records up to date. Occasional customer service too.
