**Options Autism are hiring a Night Support Worker in the Flintshire region**

**Role: Night Support Worker**

**Salary: £27,950.00 per annum**

**Hours: Full-time, Permanent (43 hours per week)**

**Location: Holywell, Flintshire, North Wales**

**The Opportunity**

**Our next Night Support Worker will be somebody who has**

**Some of your duties would include**:

- Performing nightly tasks such as personal care routines, going to bed, getting up in the morning and making breakfast.
- Supporting individuals to develop independent life skills
- Safeguarding of occupants at all times
- Accurate record keeping

**The Location**

Options Autism are recruiting a Night Support Worker to join our team in the Holywell region. Our accommodations provide high quality support for individuals with autism, complex needs and/or learning disabilities. This would be an ideal role for those interested in supporting occupants with varied and complex needs.

Your work will be challenging and rewarding in equal measure - working in a support environment where we maintain a strong safeguarding culture, individuals are listened to, respected, and involved in as many decisions as possible.

The accommodation is in Flintshire** **and within commutable distance of Holywell, Ellesmere Port, Prestatyn, Chester and surrounds
