Client Processing Administrator - Poole
Prestigious Poole based client requires an accomplished Client Processing Administrator to join the Central Authentication Team. This team helps to reduce the potential of fraud and malicious activity. This role requires the Administrator to cope with varying degrees of complexity within written documents, as well as possessing strong verbal communication skills and confidence to speak to clients, both internal and external, of all different levels of seniority. This role is via PAYE and likely to extend or transition to permanent, if you do well.
- Administration of Client Incumbency lists and Call Back lists
- Uploading documentation using specific Naming Convention processes to ensure the integrity of the information within the database is maintained.
Essential
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Excel is essential
- Previous financial services experience, helpful
- Good Team Player and excellent communicator.
- Can work well under pressure.
- Any previous client processing experience, a benefit
- A good eye for detail/data accuracy
- Ability to learn multiple processes and adapt to priorities
- 9-5 are the core work hours but may be required to start earlier and/or work late/work overtime as required.
- Bank Holiday working may be required.
