**The Copthorne Hotel Manchester **is seeking a Kitchen Porter who will assist in ensuring that cleanliness standards are maintained within the Kitchen

**Kitchen Porter responsibilities include**:

- Washing pots, pans cutlery, crockery and glassware
- General cleaning duties, such as brushing and mopping the floor, emptying bins and cleaning various items of Kitchen equipment
- Operating a dishwasher
- Carrying out all cleaning duties as per the cleaning schedule
- Ensuring that work areas are clean, safe and tidy at all times
- Adhering to all regulations in respect of Health & Safety, Hygiene, Guest Safety, Fire Regulations, Emergency Procedures, etc.

**What are we looking for?**
- Previous experience as Kitchen Porter is advantageous
- Previous cleaning experience
- ‘Can do’ positive attitude
- Willingness to assist, where required
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, depending on business needs
