This is a really varied and wide-ranging role - it has everything from supporting our genetics teams, working with 3rd party suppliers and communicating with patients.
- You’ll work closely with our Genetics Counsellors and Fertility Consultants to ensure our patients have their consent forms signed and their appointments are booked for tests. You’ll work with our 3rd party testing lab to make sure that all tests are completed on time and returned to us.
- You’ll support our patients throughout their treatment journey, provide them with information, resolving any queries or problems, making sure they have the correct treatment plans and if you need to, signpost them to our Genetics Counsellor.
- There is a lot of customer service required in this role, along with administration (updating spreadsheets, creating cost estimates, booking appointments) all while making sure our patients have the best possible experience they can receive.About you:

- It would be hugely beneficial if you have previously worked in the medical/scientific fields, as you’ll then understand what we do a lot better.
- You have strong customer service skills and are compassionate an empathic to peoples’ needs.
- You’re confident and can communicate with people at all levels. You’re also a team player with a desire for continuous personal and professional development.
- Strong administration skills, with great attention to detail is needed as you’ll need to accurately input data, find information on the clinical patient database and follow the system pathways to ensure patient record are accurate.

- Working between 09:00-17:00, Monday to Friday, at our Nottingham clinic (Nottingham Business Park, NG8 6PZ). If you drive, we have free onsite parking.
