**Overall Purpose of the Job**:

- The main focus of this role will be on UG and PGT Conversion. Working closely with the Admissions Coordinator and Admissions Administrator, you would be responsible for assisting the development and implementation of targeted and tailored conversion activities across postgraduate taught (Masters) and undergraduate programmes, ensuring a high quality, customer focused service. This will include assisting with the recruitment of student ambassadors, organising on campus and virtual offer holder events as well as assisting in the planning of tailored communications to offer holders.
- To deliver excellent service provision and support colleagues with continuous improvement, placing the student experience at the heart of what we do with support for a single PS team working flexibly across organisational boundaries.
