Home Instead are are family run local business caring for people in the areas of Sale and Altrincham and Wythenshawe. At Home Instead our care calls are at least 1 hour long and we focus on relationship led care.

We are the employer of choice for Care Assistants who want to be matched to regular clients and provide the highest quality care in a compassionate and unrushed way.
- £11.60-£12.60 per hr
- Minimum 1 hour call times with each client so you have the time to care

**Care Assistants ideally can drive and have access to a vehicle allowing you to further support our clients if they wish to go out of the house.**

We offer a fully comprehensive pre-employment training so as a Home Instead Care Assistant you are fully up to speed with our values and ethos plus your refresh training in medications and moving & handling.

Our Care Assistants always go the extra mile, from sticking pictures on doors to rooms to stop someone getting lost, to arranging for a haircut to make someone feel themselves again, to getting a bit of shopping for someone that struggles to get out.

Our services include companionship, domestic support, personal care through to more complex care, with minimum 1-hour calls.
