Job Overview:
We are seeking a Farm Assistant to assist in the day to day running a breeder farm located in Lincoln, working as part of a team and supporting the Farm Manager and Assistant Farm Manager.
- Making sure welfare of birds is adhered to at all times
- Day to Day observation, walking, weighing of birds
- Maintaining Biosecurity and cleanliness at all times
- Maintain up to date records according to red tractor scheme
- Willingness to participate in continual training
- Work within a large team

Skills and Experience:

- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Poultry Production (would be advantageous but not essential)
- Experience in working with poultry or livestock (desirable but not essential as full training will be given)
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently

Pay: Up to £31,724.00 per year
