Workshop Cabinet Maker

DMN Project Build are looking for high-quality, reliable & experienced Bench Joiners to join our expanding team.

We have projects scheduled throughout 2025, manufacturing & installing bespoke joinery items for refurbishment & fit-out projects such as bars, pubs, restaurants, gymnasiums & retail stores for well-known brands in the UK, therefore we are looking for additional bench joiners who have the experience, knowledge & understanding in the manufacture and site installation of the above mentioned.

Our work is varied so no two days are the same, therefore it's a requirement that you have a great understanding of bench joinery and the processes required from initial to CAD drawings, manufacture & installation on site.

We offer excellent rates up to £16/£20 hour depending on your experience & capabilities, along with generous overnight allowances when working away.
- 5 years+ working in a joinery manufacturing workshop.
- Use of hand tools along with machinery such as edge banders, panel saws etc.
- Experience of laminating and working with solid surface materials.
- Ability to work from basic to in-depth CAD drawings/designs.

**We're looking for bench joiners that have the ability to**:

- Manage their workload.
- Use their own initiative, work independently and as a team.
- Maintain quality control awareness at all times.
- Take responsibility on site.
- Own hand tools.
- Driving License.
- CSCS Card (Desirable)
- Availability to work away and install across the UK.

Standard hours are 7:30am - 4:30pm, Monday-Friday and over-time is readily available.

The role will initially be on a subcontract basis leading to the potential going on the books if desired.

Pay: £16.00-£20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 55 per week
