**JOB - Quality Customer Co-Ordinator**
**LOCATION - Oxfordshire**
**TERM- Permanent**
**SALARY- Competitive**
My client is looking for a Quality Customer Co-Ordinator to join their team on a permanent basis in the Hampshire area. This role offers remote working at least 2 days a week, and involves being the main point of contact between key customers, and liaisingdirectly with the production team to ensure quality standards are met and adhering to regulatory standards.**The Quality Co-ordinator will ideally have the following attributes**:
- Previous experience in a Quality role
- Good communication skills; both verbal and written
- Be hands on and enthusiastic; working independently and as part of a team
- Good understand of Lean Manufacturing principles
- Previous auditing experience
- Knowledge of ISO13845, GMP, cGMP and CFR 820
**The Quality Customer Co-ordinator role will involve**:
- Working closely with the rest of the Quality team to ensure the development of processes and procedures
- Managing and hosting customer visits and deliver key information as requested by the customer
- Leading and improving compliance adherence to company standards and requirements
- Monitoring data gathering and prepare reports
- Adhering to the Health and Safety requirements and regulations
