Here at GXO, we’re looking for a Regional Senior HR Advisor to join us on a full-time, permanent basis.Whilst based at our site in Derby you will also provide both on-site and remote support to our teams in Dove Valley Park, Hams Hall, Preston Brook, Runcorn,and Coventry so travel is required although much of this can be self-managed.

Although there are the usual HR activities, we are looking for someone to help us deliver the wider people plan, supporting the change management programmes, talent development, as well as enhancing the good stuff that often doesn’t get the attention itshould.

Our Drinks business is going through significant change, and we are looking for someone, with bags of experience and passion to get stuck in and do what is needed to make things happen.

**Pay, benefits and more**:
We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £42,000 per annum. In addition, we offer 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days. **What you’ll do on a typical day**:

- Manage time effectively to ensure the right time and focus is in the right area - this will include travel to all stakeholders on a regular basis
- Provide generalist support, coaching and guidance to the site teams in all areas of the employee lifecycle
- Collate and report on people data as required
- Lead the site people plans activities in partnership with other stakeholders, looking at synergies and best practice
- Work with our unions, building relationships and ensuring a full understanding of our agreements and policies
- Work as part of the wider HR team to support with change management and added value projects

**What you need to succeed at GXO**:

- Practiced in dealing with trade unions and associated collective agreements
- Excellent people management skills with the ability to build and maintain credible and strong professional relationships at all levels
- Demonstrate a passionate & ‘pacey’ style and approach - getting things done
- Be a self-starter, able to work on own initiative and be a team player
- A good understanding of on-site payroll routines would be beneficial
- Flexibility to travel
- A CIPD qualification would be desirable, but your experience is more valuable to us
