**_ What you'll do_**

You'll love what you do and take pride in delighting our guests:

- You will be responsible for delivering 5-star service by taking pride in everything they are doing while looking after all of our guests needs. This includes taking orders over the phone and coordinate the mise-en-place of trolleys that will be delivered to guestrooms, delivering guest orders and requests, as well as understanding and getting to know our new guests and regular guests needs all this is to ensure our guests receives nothing but the best experience.
- You’ll also show flexibility and creativity in dealing with guests’ special requests or any challenges that may arise during the day.
