**Role Overview**

We are currently recruiting for a Security Officer & Receptionist to join our passionate and driven Security team based at our client’s site in Rosebrae Court, Birkenhead

**Key Responsibilities**:

- To provide a welcoming and friendly front-of-house service to all staff, visitors, and contractors entering and exiting the building.
- Ensuring all visitors are signed in as per site security requirements.
- To provide a proactive front-of-house service, ensuring high standards are delivered and maintained. For example, booking taxis, booking meeting rooms or providing additional information.
- Assist visitors, staff, and contractors with queries and offer additional assistance as required.
- Carrying out administrative tasks and duties as required.

- Efficient and punctual.
- Ability to communicate at all levels.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages (Word, Excel, and Outlook) is essential.
- Excellent customer service, organisation, verbal, and written skills.
- Able to prioritise effectively.
- SIA badge.
- The position will require the successful applicant to provide relief when the other team member is off sick or on holiday. There will be the opportinity for overtime and the occasional weekend work when site operations dictate.
