Junior Sales Assistant

**Duties**:

- Assist the sales team with day-to-day tasks and administrative duties
- Provide support in preparing sales presentations and materials
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and competitors
- Assist in managing customer inquiries and resolving issues
- Help maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and objectives
- Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in a sales or customer service role is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Basic understanding of retail math concepts such as calculating discounts, markups, and margins
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude
