**Contracting Authority: The Health & Safety Executive (HSE)**

**Location: Remote with a requirement for once-a-month office visit in Bootle, Liverpool**

**As a **Learning Delivery Officer **your main responsibilities would be**:

- Primary responsibility will be to deliver a 4 day ‘Introduction to BSR’ course to new employees joining the new Building Safety Regulator.
- Support the achievement of business objectives through delivery and facilitation of interactive training sessions, ensuring a learner led and engaging approach is applied in all delivery mediums.
- Contribute towards engaging and timebound learning initiatives using a blended learning approach.
- Develop and implement methods of evaluation, evidencing value-add and the impact of learning & development solutions.
- Engage and consult with key stakeholders and colleagues to scope learning requirements and improve existing learning products, to meet business needs.
- To support the ongoing development of e-learning initiatives alongside the Digital L&D Team.
- Contribute to and support the delivery of HSE Strategic and People Plan objectives.
- Responsibilities will be developed and finalised over time.

**You’ll have relevant experience in**:

- A successful track record of delivering and facilitating learning and training sessions/events for employees, and other L&D interventions.
- Experienced in delivering training, using a blend of approaches, both virtually and classroom training on a hybrid basis.
- Communicating with impact to colleagues and stakeholders, building confidence at all levels that you are reliable in learning delivery.
- Ability to work alongside colleagues and team members in co-design and delivery.
- Ability to use IT confidently, including MS Teams and its associated functions such as Breakout rooms, MS polls, etc.
- Clear, accurate verbal and written communication skills.
- Stakeholder and colleague engagement skills.
- Experience of developing creative L&D solutions to create new or support continuous improvement of existing learning products.
- Relevant L&D qualification or experience a similar role.- Please be aware that this role can only be worked within the UK and not Overseas._
