Job DetailsSupporting the Hastings Direct goal to become a market leading home claims handling function- Setting and managing annual and monthly objectives, providing coaching and development plans to support ongoing progression and ensuring annual PDR’s are conducted- Ensuring payments are authorised in line with our departmental SLA’s and overseeing guidance and advice in respect of technical referrals- Conducting regular monthly audits on colleagues- Engaging and motivating the team, delivering effective meetings- Supporting the overall quality of claims handling internally and by outsourced partners

Skills we would love you to havePreviously leadership experience (claims or home claims beneficial)- Strong customer and colleague focus- Excellent communication and coaching skills

Salary - Attractive salary based on experience (pay reviews also completed each year)
