**Job Title: Business Administration - DSV Road Ltd**:
**Position Overview**:
As a Business Administration within our esteemed logistics company, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our operations, enhancing efficiency, and contributing to the overall success of our organisation. **Responsibilities**:
1. Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to various departments within the company, including maintaining records, filing documents, and handling data entry tasks.

2. Customer Service: Assist in addressing customer inquiries, processing orders, and resolving issues to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

3. Inventory Management: Collaborate with the logistics team to monitor inventory levels, track shipments, and assist in reconciling discrepancies.

4. Logistics Coordination: Support logistics coordination efforts, such as scheduling deliveries, coordinating transportation, and ensuring timely dispatch and receipt of goods.

5. Data Analysis: Assist in gathering and analysing data related to logistics operations, allowing the company to make informed decisions and identify areas for improvement.

6. Documentation: Assist in preparing and organizing various logistics-related documents, including contracts, agreements, and compliance paperwork.

7. Communication: Maintain effective communication channels between different departments and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth logistics operations.

8. Training and Development: Participate in structured training programs to acquire knowledge of logistics procedures, software systems, and industry best practices.
