Would you like to work in a fun and fulfilling role and help make a difference in people’s lives? We are looking to welcome new staff into our busy and dynamic mental health team based at Hilltop Cottages in Bradford. We work across two Bradford Accommodationbases, ensuring positive mental health and housing related support in a personalised way.

If you have excellent interpersonal skills and good written communication skills and if you are supportive, proactive, responsible, good at motivating people and listening to others then we would like to hear from you.

Experience of working in the care and support sector is not essential. If you are a student who has recently completed a relevant qualification and you share our drive, values and passion for helping people with mental health needs, then we would also liketo hear from you.

This role does not involve delivering personal care.

Each of our Services provide support to meet individualised needs and requires shift work, which includes contributing to a 24hr rota within our supported living services including sleepovers. The shifts include : 8am-4pm, 2pm-10pm and 10am-6pm. We appreciateflexibility from all our staff and hence we also can be flexible around working hours it is a large team and we are looking for a diverse range of skills.

This service is close to Bradford Royal Infirmary and serviced by reliable transport links in and around Bradford, providing easy access to the city centre and other amenities.
