**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
This position is based at Burgess Hill Golf Centre, which is situated on the outskirts of Burgess Hill. The skills and dedication of our green keeping team is fantastic and we are looking for a new team member to join our greenkeeping team & family run business.

**THE ROLE**:
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- To prepare and maintain the golf course, driving range and surrounding areas to a high standard
- To operate driving range ball picker equipment.
- To service & repair machinery, tractors, cars etc
- To maintain all closely mown areas, in play areas as required
- To ensure that the course and surrounding areas are maintained to the best possible condition and to the highest standards of presentation.

**THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL REQUIRE**:

- A flexible approach to working hours and limited hours on a rotating basis at weekends
- Ability to undertake daily turf maintenance and preparation to high standards
- To be able to achieve a high level of attention to detail in all tasks being undertaken
- To be highly motivated and productive with a strong work ethic and able to work as part of a close team
- To communicate effectively with colleagues, supervisors, and members
- To be able to carry out a variety of tasks that will require flexibility in skill sets
- Good time management and communication skills
- To always maintain health and safe working practices

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £13.00-£16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 45 per week
