Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Front of House Supervisor to join our team. As the Front of House Supervisor you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the dining experience for our guests. Your main goal will be to ensure exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere in our establishment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and train front-of-house staff, including servers and bartenders
- Ensure smooth operations during service hours, including organising booking, seating arrangements, and wait times
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by promptly addressing any issues or concerns
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food and bar staff bfor beverages to guests
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and monitoring stock levels
- Implement and enforce health and safety regulations to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Handle cash transactions
- Develop and implement strategies to increase customer engagement and loyalty

**Skills**:

- Strong background in hospitality industry
- Excellent knowledge of food preparation techniques and beverage service standards
- Proven experience in team management and supervising front-of-house staff
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and staff
- Proficient in using POS systems
