Ensure smooth running of all bar operations in the absence of the Managers
- Ensure weekly/daily checklists are completed by bar staff
- Ensure all of the bar team adhere to systems and procedures
- Ensure all stock is rotated and stored in a safe manner
- Ensure all bars are prepared for set up in advance of each shift and in accordance with relevant standards and ensure a safe close down of the bar
- Ensure that all staff arrive to work on time and in correct uniform
- Develop, train and coach bar staff to the standards required
- Eagerness to learn
- Competence to cash up and reconcile tills and safes

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Apprenticeship
Part-time hours: 30 per week

**Salary**: £9.50-£11.00 per hour
