Mobile Technician (Field Service Engineer/Mechanical)
Peterborough
8am to 4.30pm, 40 Hours a Week Monday to Friday

Mobile Technician required for an international manufacturer and service provider of plant equipment offering fantastic training and support. This is a great chance to join a successful company in a local role offering pay reviews and an excellent benefitspackage.
The Mobile Technician role will be suitable for engineers from any kind of plant, forklifts, HGV, agricultural or similar equipment. Automotive technicians/motor trade applicants will also be very suitable. You need to demonstrate mechanical service and repairskills, ideally have engine diagnostic and some basic electrical skills.
The company are a manufacturer and you will be responsible for carrying out planned maintenance and breakdown coverage on a range of forklifts and associated equipment from Peterborough up to Kings Lynn. You’ll cover a local territory, no stay away is required.
The Mobile Technician Role in Brief:
*Carry out planned maintenance activities on materials handling machinery on a field service engineering basis
*Reactive breakdown coverage within the allocated geographical area Peterborough up to Kings Lynn.
*Complete comprehensive training to get fully competent on all machinery and equipment
The Person Required:
*Plant, forklifts, HGV, agricultural or similar equipment, automotive technicians/motor trade will also be suitable
*Engine diagnostics and some basic electrical skills
*Ideally hold a level 3 or equivalent in a relevant discipline
