We currently have a full time vacancy for an administration role at our National Administration Department in Magna Park, Lutterworth which will service all BSS branches throughout England, Wales, Northern Ireland & Scotland.

**_ You will be required to work on site at Magna Park Monday - Friday during training, then Hybrid working will be scheduled whereby you will only be required onsite once per week_**

Reporting to the Team Leader you will be trained to be multi skilled for:
- Regularly communicating with Branches & Suppliers regarding direct to site deliveries- Booking and charging direct to site deliveries- Obtaining PODs and information from Branches & Suppliers to support processing Direct to SIte orders and Call Offs- Using customer portals of suppliers to obtain updates or Proof Of Deliveries regarding branch orders- Completing housekeeping tasks within the National Admin team to ensure efficiency within the business

**To be successful**:
- Your attention to detail and problem solving skills will be to a high standard.- You will be organised with the ability to plan your workload, have an aptitude for figures, good IT skills, especially using spreadsheets.- At least C grade GCSE in English and Maths.- Possess excellent customer service skills and can naturally generate relationships both locally and remotely.- Highly motivated; must have the desire to make things happen on time.- Be willing to help others, to work as part of an effective and communicative team.
