**Engineering coordinator - Residential Developer - Southampton, Hampshire**

**Up to £55,000 + car allowance + bonus + pension scheme + flexible working**

Potensis are currently working on behalf of a leading residential developer, with over 50 years of market leading experience in the industry. They have asked us to help them bring in an engineering coordinator to join their technical department based in Hampshire.

Our client takes on complex and large-scale developments that require detailed engineering plans. The Engineering Coordinator provides engineering input and support to the Technical department throughout the detailed design and construction stage by managing the civil, structural and utilities consultants. They are looking for someone who is capable of managing the overall civil engineering design of a designated site - including highways, drainage, external works, levels, cut & fill, setting out. You will also be tasked with issuing comprehensive groundwork packs for tendering and construction to agreed time scale, offering support to the senior engineering manager.

Our client is looking to offer a highly competitive salary package including car allowance and bonus. You will also be intitled to other company benefits, as well as flexible working.
