Employee Relations Advisor

As the Employee Relations Advisor you will act as custodian to our culture by supporting our line managers and employees throughout our business to adopt our policies and procedures consistently and fairly. This agile role works a 50:50 split between home and our Burton office.

**Job Description**:
**Your role as Employee Relations Advisor**
- Escalate high-risk queries and/or cases to the Employee Relations Case Manager.
- Support the Employee Relations Case Managers to coordinate the administration behind key processes e.g., letters, suspension, investigation, administration of our internal Whistle Blowing system and adhering to GDPR legislation
- Highlighting people-related areas of risk to the company and raising awareness of issues with the line manager
- Provide training for line managers within the business on our policies, procedures and guidelines
- Support project delivery as required

**Qualifications**:
**What you'll bring...**
- Experience in the Retail or Hospitality sectors and a good understanding of Employment relations preferable.
- Qualified or actively studying towards CIPD Level 3, although not essential as training can be provided
- Knowledge of Data Protection, GDPR, and PECR legislation
- Microsoft Office IT skills including Microsoft word, PowerPoint, Excel, and TEAMS
- GSCE English and Maths required
