GOMO, a wholly owned subsidiary of Communicorp UK, is a mobile digital out of home business and visual marketing specialist operating digital iVans and iWalkers and delivering experiential activity across the UK. The business is in rapid growth and uses technology to provide advertisers with the latest in audience and measurement and data.
Part of the wider CCUK Audio and Media Group, the team is responsible for delivering unmissable content to the right people, in the right place, at the right time.

Your Mission

We are looking for an Administrator to join our team on a fixed term basis (9 months). You will be supporting the GOMO Managing Director and wider team as an integral part of our business. The role will suit someone who is ambitious, efficient and eager to succeed.
You might be a recent graduate looking for your first opportunity or be working in an administrative role elsewhere, but above all, you will demonstrate our company values of bravery, integrity and passion.
GOMO covers the whole of the UK, with 500 Brand Ambassadors and 15 iVan Drivers.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Delivering post campaign analyses within five days of each activation
- Liaising with internal stakeholders and ensuring they supply us with the information we require to specified deadlines
- Uploading visual content to our iWalkers and iVans
- Creat ing and monitor ing WhatsApp groups for every campaign
- Book travel and hotels for our Brand Ambassadors and Drivers
- Build casual staff job adverts and be the first point of contact for Brand Ambassador and Driver applicants

Your experience:
We are looking someone who is motivated to deliver exceptional campaigns and service to both our internal and external customers. Previous experience working within a media or OOH environment is desirable, bu t not essential.

- Proficient with Microsoft Office and Office 365.
