Role: Telesales Agent

**Salary**: £24,000 + Commission

Location: Canary Wharf

Hours: Fulltime: Monday - Thursday 9am - 7am, Friday 9am
- 5pm, Saturday 9am -3pm

Brief Description

An exciting opportunity for a superstar telesales Agent to join a booming fast paced company. The position for Telesales agent will be answering all inbound calls inquiring about roof, driveway and patio cleaning for Residential and commercial customers. You will be able to sell and upsell your services have the ability to soak up all the services we provide and pricing in order to provide an in-detail quote to clients.
- Are constantly on the phone
- Are natural at building at explaining whilst building great rapport with people?
- Would like to try your hand at selling some amazing services.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maximise sales opportunities including cross selling and up selling
- Identify and respond to the needs of customers, resolving queried where possible
- Respond quickly to changing priorities and achieve tasks quickly and efficiently
- Following up enquires made via marketing from social media and our company’s website
- To learn in depth about the services we provide and how to advise customers
- Exceeding our customers’ expectations with every call and educating our customers by brining enthusiasm and passion in every conversation you have.
- Go above and beyond for customers
- Taking Payments and issuing receipts

Qualifications and requirements
- Sales or Customer service experience (1-2 years minimum)
- Confident and professional telephone manner
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Computer literate, Proficient in Microsoft packages
- Must demonstrate commitment to provide the highest quality services to our customers
- Must be competitive and driven by daily, weekly and monthly goals and targets.
