The Trainers are responsible for participating in the design of engaging and innovative training material, across the entire Data Collection business (Office and Field, Energy and Water), from the onboarding process through to technical training.

A collaborative approach with the Field Teams, Learning and Development Teams as well as any third-party providers is essential in the successful delivery of all training.

The collection and processing of all training records along with all administration relating to training is to be assessed and blended into roles, enhancing the overall team performance, and ensuring our compliance with ISO policies
