Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Supervisor to join our team. As a Retail Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and maximizing sales. This is a leadership role that requires strong organizational skills, effective team management, and the ability to multitask.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and lead a team of retail associates, providing guidance and support
- Train new employees on sales techniques, product knowledge, and company policies
- Monitor and evaluate employee performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed
- Ensure that the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times
- Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock replenishment
- Assist customers with product selection, inquiries, and complaints
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Implement marketing strategies to drive sales and promote brand awareness
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth store operations
- Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and reporting

**Skills**:

- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent sales abilities with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Bilingual/multilingual skills are a plus
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to make decisions confidently
- Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient store operations
- Proficient in administrative tasks such as scheduling and payroll management

**Salary**: £38,000.00-£40,000.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

**Education**:

- Certificate of Higher Education (preferred)

- Supervising experience: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Retail management: 1 year (preferred)
- Management: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
