We are working in partnership with a respected accountancy firm based in Worcester who are looking for a Bookkeeper to join them. This is an excellent opportunity for the appointed Bookkeeper to take on a role with real variety, that can offer a great workenvironment within a friendly team of finance professionals.

Our clients have built a strong reputation for providing excellent service and this has only been possible through creating a working culture that allows their employees to grow and develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Flexible working arrangements can also be accommodated for the successful Bookkeeper, with the option to work in a hybrid capacity once training has been completed and you are confident within the role.

**Responsibilities**:

- Communicate with clients over the phone and face to face assisting with their queries
- Maintain accurate company records for client portfolios
- Preparation of payroll for clients aswell as a variety of accounting tasks
- Assist and advise on payroll queries
- Review and check all aspects of the payroll process
- Successfully build and maintain strong working relationships with existing and new clients

**Skills/ Experience**:

- Have had exposure to handling payroll for multiple clients
- Able to work independently to deadlines whilst maintaining attention to detail
- Demonstrate an ability to improve efficiency where possible
- Be confident on Excel
