We are currently supporting our client based in Cumbria to recruit a first-class payroll analyst for a fab role in a brilliant company. With around 300 on the payroll and a number of data sources, we are looking for someone who can drive the accuracy andefficiency of the data whilst also being able to provide commentary around the data and its findings.

**Responsibilities**:

- Extracting and manipulating data in excel.
- Working heavily in excel to interpret and provide commentary on data.
- Providing comprehensive advice to the key stakeholders.
- Reconciling data sets and marrying up the areas of the business.

**The person**:

- Experience in an analytical role, preferably payroll/ finance but also HR.
- Must have advanced excel skills.
