This exciting role is one that involves ensuring patient flow on Beeston, with a focus on working closely with the Nurse -In -Charge to ensure that patients are discharged in a timely manner. This role requires staff to work closely with the multi-professional team on Beeston. The aim of the role is to ensure that all patients are tracked through their ward stay, to ensure timely discharge or transfer to a base ward including any escalations where necessary.

The post holder will work proactively, pre-empting delays where possible, and helping to plan for discharge when a patient is ‘maybe-home’.

Beeston Ward is a 23 bedded unit, taking patients from D57 and B3 with a variety of ailments and complaints. It is a busy environment but a very rewarding one. - 5 GCSE at C or above

- NVQ Level 3

**Salary**: The quoted salary will be on a pro rata basis for part time workers.
